The 10 commandments of sea kayaker


Material : sea kayaking with 2 housings, rings for towing, bosses.

Personal Equipment : 1 jacket, 1 skirt, clothing suitable for weather conditions, depending on the program: compass, site map, spare paddle, after towing.

Technical level : some knowledge is essential, particularly on security. Believe you should have at least the level of the red paddle FFCK. If you do not have this level, contact a FFCK and make you part of a specialist. Do not hesitate to if in doubt about your physical or hesitation.
